dear scribbling pad,
i am a professor of surgery with 30 years of experience as a surgeon and i have always been apalled at the poor salary paid to doctors-consider this a doctor after specialisation starts earning in his thirties probably about 20000 rs a month-reforms should start with the corrupt
medical council of india-corrupt health ministers-we need to have a national health service of uk standards-we need to have standardisation of medical education-we need to have a decent pay for doctors so that they do not become corrupt-most doctors actively discourage their children from becoming doctors-inspite of which son foolishly is following my footsteps- my point is the health system needs an urgent reappraisal-

dear lekha shree,
we have a black smelly labrador at home-brought home at my sons and my insistence-my wife who used to hate animals is inseparable from the black smelly character-funny how these creatures cast their spell?
