Bad Memory
dear kamalji,
like me you must be in your fifties-i and most of us in this age group have this problem-it is a sign of ageing-i can reel off cricket statistics from 1932-1990-but yesterdays match is a problem-i can recall the scents ,smells etc of my childhood holidays-but my recent holiday is a foggy memory-it happens to all of us-to counteract this phenomenon of ageing we have to stimulate the brain-keep reading-keep challenging the brain by getting into new activities-i was a painter and amateur journalist in my younger days-i plan to start painting again-and in lieu of writing i have started blogging-if we allow our brains to age-we will be nowhere
