innefficient judicial system-a blot on the system

watching tv-you come across so many ways the judicial system is compromised-a tv channel highlighted the evidence of an eyewitness to the sikh massacre in delhifollowing indira gandhis death-and after being in hidingfor 23 years he calls for protection.
everyone is aware that the likes of tytler, maken etc-sanctioned by rajiv gandhi sanctioned a genocideagreed indira gandhi was murdered and the killers were sentenced-but the killers of innumerable innocencent people have not been punished,
each person on earth is as unique as indira and rajiv gandhi-we all return to to to the clay from which we have been formed-the massacre of sikhs in delhi has to be investigated and people like tytler have to be put behind bars.
if the cbi states that it cannot find a witness for 23 years and then the witness says he was hiding in fear because of threats-the cbi should be chargesheeted.
we have become a corruptocracy-i have watched in bemusement-lumpen elements-becoming politicians-and then declaring assets of crores-where the hell is the income tax department-which harrasses honest individuals.
what is happening to people like you and me that the governance of a nation like india has been taken over by lumpen elements-murderers-crooks-and we sit quiet.
at least in countries like usa-people like nixon have been thrown out of office-a vice president-spiro agnew was jailed-we have a very corrupt system in place-and india shining is fine superficially-but the reality is we are a placid people who will tolerate anything as long as our personal space is not disturbed.
if the judiciary is independent and good why should we wait for justice for 20-30 years-why are murderers allowed into our law making bodies-if our systems are perfect-why is it that our customs officials and income tax officers are among the richest people in the country-why is it that our policemen are encounter specialists hired by one gang to kill other gangsters for money-
this is a blog in anguish- i have always been an idealist-and looking at the massive corruption and cynicism in the system i sometimes wonder whether i grown up with wrong values!
